I can recommend minor repairs and improvements to help sell your property for the highest price possible. I have an extensive database of trade and service providers from Interior Decorators, Painters, Carpet Cleaners, Handymen and Contractors to do whatever needs to get done.
STEP TWO IS A MARKETING PLAN FOR YOUR HOME
I will do a complete in-depth market analysis of your home. I will go over recent sales and we will competitively price your home. We can optimize condition and viewing of the home. Prepare and submit accurate information to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We can get professional pictures taken of the home. I will proactively promote your home to my database. I network with the best agents in the area. With my plan we can create maximum advertising exposure for the property.
STEP THREE IS CLEAR AND OPEN COMMUNICATION
I believe a key to a successful sale is to have a clear and open communication policy. You’ll receive a copy of the MLS printout to review for accuracy. I’ll call you weekly to report showing activity and give buyer feedback. We’ll meet face to face periodically to review market conditions and adjust our marketing strategy as needed to get your home sold.
STEP FOUR NEGOTIATING AND STRUCTURING THE SALE
My promise to you is to carefully review and present all offers for your consideration. Qualify prospective buyers and research their lending options to increase the likelihood that they can secure financing. Negotiate the strongest terms to create a solid transaction that will close on time without any surprises.
